Just Testing

You teach a child to read, and he or her will be able to pass a literacy test.

If you teach he or her, every experts concur,
  They can read, which are good for the nation,
So the Pres says we best give the schoolchilds a test
  To improve his or her's education.

His professors at Yale is all proud 'cause to fail
  To be reading correct wouldn't do,
And the President thus will in sure we know us
  Are as smart to be president, too.
